Edgar Pojas is a missionary church planter in the Philippines. He trusted Christ as his Savior at the age of17 through the ministry of an American missionary who came to the Philippines in 1985. At 18, during a summer youth camp in Baguio City, God called him into full-time ministry through the message, “God is looking for a man to stand in the gap, but he found none.” Following God’s call, he enrolled in Bible college to prepare for the ministry. Today, Bro. Pojas serves as the Senior Pastor of Harvest Baptist Church while continuing his missionary work of planting churches throughout Metro Manila, Batangas, and neighboring provinces. Motivated by Christ’s words, “The harvest truly is plenteous, but the laborers arefew,” he is committed to training young men for the work of the ministry and reaching more communities with the Gospel. Bro. Pojas is married to his wife, Nilda and they are blessed with three children Chloe,Caleb, and Julianne. Together, the Pojas family faithful serves the Lord at Harvest Baptist Church in San Juan City, Philippines, located in Metro Manila.

Eugenio Absalon and his wife Ailyn, in Metro Manila, have been greatly used of the Lord at Mithcah Bible Baptist Church in Las Pinas City City, Philippines, where he has pastored since 1989. This church currently has eight church plants, 7 in the Philippines and one in Bahrain, the latter organized recently tin 2024. Pastor Absalon was saved in 1981 while in high school and became a dedicated church worker and assistant to his pastor in mission work. After answering his call to preach he began studying at Bible Baptist College in Dian, Makati. His ministry focuses not only on winning souls and leading his congregation in the Lord, but he also trains and helps younger pastors to establish churches to further the cause of Christ.

Pastor Herson Villafuerte is a Missionary Pastor to Antipolo City, suburb of Metro Manila. Antipolo City is now a fully developed city and is a very promising Misison Field. Pastor Herson's ministry is focused on training his people to become effective church planters in the city of Manila. Pastor Herson was saved under the ministry of American Missionary Richard Schott in 1992. He graduated from Bible College in 1995. He and his wife Gene have four children, Nehemiah, Ezra, Eunice, and John Caleb. He is the pioneer pastor of Discipleship Bible Baptist Church in Antipolo.

Pastor Rald Zion Diaz is a third-generation pastor. From a young child, he was immersed in serving and trained in taking part in the ministry. His parents and his two older brothers taught him how to serve God with all seriousness and sincerity. As he got older, his goal was to become a doctor, but God’s call was that he would continue the legacy of pastoral ministry. He graduated from the National Bible Institute (now known as Filipino Baptist Theological College). After his graduation in 2003, he served in his home church, Master’s House Baptist Church. He also served his internship by planting a church in the Visayas where he met Christine, who became his wife in 2005. They now have three children, Raine Francez Grace, Claude Germane, and Caztiel Havilah.

In 2012, Rald was officially appointed as Director of Filipino Baptist Theological College, a ministry of  Master’s House Baptist Church. He is being used of God to train young men for the ministry and instruct them in church planting to go forth into God’s vineyard.
